Meet the person behind the concept...

Introducing Julie Debreceny...                       

Julie is a highly motivated business person. She has owned several businesses together with her husband Ivan. Who have a genuine passion for helping others.

Julie has spent many years and invested much time and money into educating herself in various forms of income generation. Julie loves learning and devours new information, putting it to work immediately.

Through her business life, she has learnt from many respected mentors. She is so passionate about what education can do to change people’s lives, Julie and her husband Ivan made a life changing choice to move away from the family farm and start again.

Here’s their story...

Before starting Done For You Seminars, they owned and managed one of the largest Dairy Farms on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.

They grew the business from 120 milking cows to over 450 milking cows milking 3 times a day. Working with a team of 8 staff and specialised business coaches & nutritionists, they increased milk sales from 4,800 litres/day to 17,000 litres/day.

After a serious illness nearly took Julie’s life, things had to change.

"Here we were 4 very young children, over 400 milking cows that demanded our attention everyday, a massive farm to run and receiving some years only 60c/hr for our efforts. We were so busy working in our business we never had time to see the forest from the trees. Then our brother in law Michael made a comment to us, "it’s

time to get your heads out from under the udders and look at other opportunities".

That made us stop and think. There is more to life than working 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our kids have only just had their first holiday in January as a family, 1 week at the Gold Coast and they still talk about it like it was yesterday.”

"This is when we went to our first 2 day seminar", held by Ed Burton, a light bulb went on that weekend, a light bulb that changed our entire life's path. We put into action everything he taught us.

We then spent several years volunteering our time behind the scenes at a lot of different events eg Alan Hewitt's big Bootcamps, Brett McFall's World Internet Summit, Ed Burton's Bootcamps, Mal Emery’s Silent Killers, Matt & Amanda Clarkson’s Ebay Magic Workshops and Pat Mesiti’s Millionaire Mindset Bootcamps.

The reason behind all that was that we knew we wanted out of the Dairy Industry for many different reasons, so we went out searching for what we were going to take on next. The reason why we got behind the scenes was to get to know the Speakers to work out which products were the best, not only did we work that out fast we learnt how to run events. Since 2008 we have worked with many Promoters and Speakers. Managing and organising their events from start to finish. This took us to many places throughout Australia, New Zealand and even the USA.

In 2010 we made a joint decision to stop travelling due to family reasons. Julie now concentrates on helping speakers and promoters with their post event Sales Processing and Customer Support.

Julie's aim is to make your Event Sales Processing run smoothly and efficiently so you don't have to worry about the tedious job of processing, following up declined sales and paying your Speakers on time, this is all Done For You!
